Welcome to the very first issue of Godclass Living.
Over the past several months, the Lord has placed this magazine on my heart. As I prayed about new ways to better serve our community and help women grow beyond our weekly gatherings, I knew He was leading us to create something that would encourage, equip, and disciple women throughout the month.
As I prayed, something came back to my memory that I hadn't thought about in years. A dear sister in Christ, who has since gone home to be with the Lord, once told me that she saw me with a magazine. At the time, I didn't fully understand what she meant, but as God continued confirming this vision, her words came back to me. It reminded me that God often plants seeds long before we understand His plans.
At Godclass, our mission has always been simple: to help women grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and become the disciples He has called us to be. Everything we do points back to that mission, including this magazine.
As I began planning Godclass Living, I kept coming back to the Proverbs 31 woman. She wasn't known for just one area of her life. She loved the Lord, cared for her family, stewarded her home, was profitable in business, worked with diligence, and honored God in all she did. She was a well-rounded woman whose faith shaped every part of her life.
That is the heart behind Godclass Living.
My prayer is that every issue helps you grow not only in your faith, but also in your family, your health, your home, your work, and your God-given purpose. Whether we're sharing biblical encouragement, healthy recipes, practical wisdom, or stories from women in our community, I hope each page points you closer to Christ and helps you faithfully live out your calling every day.
Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey. It is an honor to serve you, and I pray that Godclass Living becomes a source of encouragement, wisdom, and practical discipleship that you look forward to each month.
Welcome to our very first issue. I can't wait to see what God does through it.
With love,

Question:
How do I balance my responsibilities to God, my family, my work, and everything else without constantly feeling overwhelmed or guilty that I’m not doing enough?
Answer:
One of the greatest lessons I've learned is that we were never meant to do life on our own. Jesus gave us the Holy Spirit to be our Helper. He gives us wisdom, direction, peace, and strength for every season.
The key to balance isn't trying to do everything perfectly. It's learning to walk closely with the Holy Spirit and allowing Him to show you what He wants you to focus on each day. Every season looks different, but God promises to direct our steps when we seek Him first.
Before your day begins, spend time with the Lord. Read His Word, pray, and ask, "Father, what is most important today?" I've found that many times we become overwhelmed because we're carrying responsibilities God never asked us to carry.
Keep God first, trust the Holy Spirit to lead you, and take one step of obedience at a time. You don't have to have all the answers. You simply have to stay close to the One who does.
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths."
Proverbs 3:5-6
